Shipping & Returns 

We always do our best to get your orders ready and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3-8 working days. In the case of special orders or commissioned work, the buyer will be kept informed of completion dates and ready to ship notices via email. Please inform us if you would like your shipped item[s] insured when placing your order (This is recommended when purchasing original artworks or items over $100).

All shipments are tracked. You’ll receive your tracking number and links to tracking websites of all participating couriers in an email confirming the shipment.

Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the shipping details with each product listing.

We ship unframed giclées in a cardboard tube or flat package. Original artworks are shipped flat. All packages are carefully packed and protected. We use backing boards, cradled frames, protective sleeves and bubble wrap. Environment is very important to us, so we always make sure to use plastic as a last resort option. We are also eco conscious, so sometimes packing materials such as cardboard protection may be reused from shipments WAA has received.

If you receive work that has been damaged in transit, , please contact us directly after receiving your package. Please provide photos taken within 24 hours after the product’s arrival as proof.

Please note that only prints can be replaced. If a limited edition print has sold out, then we cannot create more copies. Original artworks are one of a kind and cannot be returned or replaced.
